Looking for a no-nonsense friendly yoga school? You’ve come to the right place. Independently owned and operated from their start in 2006. Come as you are and your transformation awaits! We welcome everyone and every level in all our classes at MyYoga. If you have doubts about something, we are ready to answer your questions.

MyYoga Teachers

All our teachers share one passion and that is to share their love and knowledge of Bikram Yoga. With our extensive training approach every yoga class has the same high quality. You get clear instructions from friendly and knowledgeable teachers who convey their knowledge of Bikram Yoga in their own personal but clear and consistent way.
All our lessons are taught by certified Bikram Yoga instructors that have graduated from accredited teacher training programs. That means that our teachers have completed an intensive training of 500+ hours.
