Each week long retreat has a daily schedule of 2 bikram yoga classes per day with early morning Tibetan Rites. Throughout the week you will also have 2 posture clinics or master classes. Here we take the extra time to dive deep into the mechanics and techniques of many of the key postures. We also offer a variety of cultural excursions during the week.
Both beginners and experienced yogis will enjoy the challenge and get inspiration from our retreats.
